CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the construction execution of complex, technically demanding facilities projects for CRB clients, including life sciences and food and beverage industries. This on-site role is based in Denver, Colorado. The Project Manager is construction-forward and will drive work in the field, coordinating closely with superintendents, trade partners, design and engineering teams, project controls, procurement, and commissioning to ensure delivery aligned with CRB’s standards for technical execution, client service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include leading projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout while maintaining alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, CRB standards, and client expectations. You will drive site-level coordination with subs, suppliers, and internal teams; manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items, and project reporting; promote and enforce a strong safety culture; lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and milestone alignment; serve as the primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication and building trust to support long-term client relationships; coordinate with CRB’s integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient project delivery; maintain accountability for
