You will be responsible for the full account management and strategic development of our customers in the waste disposal sector across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the full account management and strategic development of our customers in the waste disposal sector across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Full account management and strategic development of customers in the waste disposal industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Build, maintain and deepen long-term relationships at executive level.
Identify market potential and develop and implement tailored sales strategies.
Plan, coordinate and conduct customer meetings on-site.
Prepare and follow up on customer-specific proposals and handle inbound inquiries and project requests.
Lead contract and price negotiations.
Monitor market, customer and competitor developments in the DACH market.
Represent the company at customer events and trade fairs.
Requirements
Offer:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in an industrial or related environment.
Completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident demeanor.
High customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
Independent, structured and target-oriented work style.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Very good German; additional languages are a plus.
