Join Collibra’s Unstructured AI Team in Brussels to shape how AI systems retrieve, structure, and leverage context to deliver accurate results at scale. You will own end-to-end technical delivery of Unstructured AI systems—from feature prototyping to production deployment across enterprise environments. Build and scale full-stack pipelines that ingest, process, and enrich large volumes of unstructured content (PDFs, contracts, reports, and other document types). This hybrid role is based in our Brussels office, with the expectation to work from the office at least two days per week to stay connected and drive progress.
Responsibilities include shipping production-grade systems in ambiguous environments; writing and reviewing backend code in Python (FastAPI); building and deploying document-processing systems for large-scale unstructured data; integrating data from diverse enterprise sources (SharePoint, Salesforce, internal APIs) to provide context for AI features; collaborating across engineering, product, and sales to align prototypes with rollout; and occasionally engaging with modern frontend development.
Required qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, API development, and integrations - Hands-on experience with LLM-based and AI-driven enrichment models (classification, entity extraction, deduplication, PII
