Greene King, the country’s leading pub company and brewer, is seeking a Property Project Manager to deliver multi-site development and refurbishment projects across its pub estate in the South East of England. This field-based role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maximising customer experiences and business value. You will: manage projects across programmes, budgets and design briefs; collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders for clear communication and successful delivery; challenge design and construction costs to drive value; support value engineering to improve quality and efficiency; champion brand design standards and ensure they are consistently applied and evolved; establish and promote best-practice procedures across design, build and delivery processes; stay abreast of industry trends, innovation and best practice within construction and development; ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements; contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence across the estate.
