This full-time role serves as the frontline contact for an assigned customer base, delivering professional, timely sales service and building solutions by leveraging CRM insights. The representative educates, delights, and retains customers by translating product features into tangible benefits and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales aptitude, excellent organization, and follow-up skills, and be capable of effective communication to understand business needs and overcome objections. Schedule is full-time, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls aligned with processes, monitoring call activity against orders and adjusting with supervisor input; handling inbound calls, emails, ecommerce and fax orders; processing orders accurately; upselling and presenting new items; maintaining customer relationships; capturing CRM data; leveraging CRM history to provide account-specific solutions; executing sales programs to meet targets; staying informed on product facts and features, translating them into benefits; identifying trends and reporting anomalies; ensuring pricing accuracy and Customer Master Data; supporting non-selling Customer Service tasks as needed and coordinating with field-based Business Development Representatives.
