Project Manager, Customer Experience (Remote, United States)

Overview This remote position reports to the Customer Experience Technology Director and leads the planning, design, and delivery of Customer Experience projects. The role focuses on creating optimal experiences for customers across channels (web, IVR, mobile, social) and throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.

Responsibilities - Define project requirements and manage initiatives from planning through deployment, partnering with business owners to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope CX projects and deploy processes that ensure consistent, exceptional service. - Communicate concepts, design rationale, and findings clearly to stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation. - Engage subject matter experts as needed and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address issues. - Meet regularly with project sponsors to report progress and resolve issues; support production issue resolution within WMHS's Customer Experience environment.
