You will mentor and grow your team, guide Firefox Suggest Ads initiatives (including backend services, partner integrations, experimentation, measurement, reliability improvements, and product-facing integrations), and ensure software meets Mozilla’s security and privacy standards. The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional partners, maintaining healthy team processes, and hiring and onboarding to strengthen the team over time.
