Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead large, complex, high-visibility initiatives with significant financial and reputational risk considerations.
Develop goals and execution plans for new and existing Community and Business Development markets.
Lead cross-functional workstreams by aligning stakeholders, roles, timelines, and deliverables.
Build relationships with stakeholders across lines of business and functions.
Prepare and deliver executive-level materials and updates through multiple channels.
Analyze obstacles and data to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.
Simplify complex topics into scalable approaches, decisions, and next steps.
Coordinate governance routines, controls, and documentation to support disciplined execution.
Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
Support solution implementation by coordinating testing, readiness, and change communications.
Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience (or related).
Experience leading cross-functional workstreams from planning through delivery.
