We are seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a defined territory, strengthen customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve personal and company sales targets.

Responsibilities

What you will bring: What Würth USA Offers:

Prospect and engage decision-makers through cold calling and proactive outreach.
Manage a defined territory by making 8–12 calls per day to dealerships, collision repair shops, and automotive service facilities.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, identify needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
Provide value-added services such as product ordering, inventory management, and problem solving.
Demonstrate Würth products and services through presentations and on-site demonstrations.
High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Professional demeanor and customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to collaborate with decision-makers and maintain relationships.
Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver's license.
