Visiativ is recruiting an Apprentice Customer Success Manager to join its Aix-en-Provence team. You will support SME industrial clients with Visiativ and Dassault Systèmes solutions, helping them maximize value, ensure adoption, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, participating in onboarding meetings, and providing regular follow-up. You will understand clients' needs to identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell and relay these to the commercial team to support growth. You will work closely with Customer Success, Commercial, and Delivery teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will handle first-level support requests and collaborate with technical teams on more complex topics. The position is based in Aix-en-Provence, on an apprenticeship contract of 12 months or more, starting in September 2026.
