Dartcor is seeking a Social Media Manager to execute digital storytelling and community engagement across the Dartcor portfolio. This on-site role based in Parsippany, New Jersey (United States) will manage content creation and posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for Dartcor Enterprises, Dartcor Hospitality, Ome Caterers, Chelsea Hospitality Group, The Morris Proper, and General Coffee Co. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who understands brand voice, produces content that performs, and plans ahead to secure leadership approval before publishing. You will build and maintain brand-specific content calendars, produce original content (photos, videos, short-form, and written), maintain a consistent posting cadence, and present upcoming calendars to leadership for feedback. You will monitor performance metrics, share regular reports with the marketing team, and engage with followers to grow the online community. You will partner with operations and leadership to align content with events, campaigns, and business priorities, stay current on platform trends and algorithm changes, and focus on short-form video. Hands-on content creation skills—shooting, editing, writing, and posting—are required. The role requires a portfolio demonstrating range and a point of view, strong planning and organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and a genuine interest in hospitality, food, and the people behind it.
