Responsibilities: Represent the security organization in customer-facing security incidents, cases, findings, and questions. Own, triage, investigate, and respond to security matters on the ServiceNow platform; ensure timely communication, resolution, and positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with customers and internal ServiceNow teams to triage incidents and facilitate efficient workflows. Build and maintain customer trust through excellent service and clear communication.
