(TTS-US) is seeking a Manufacturing IT Service Delivery Manager – Operations Support to lead IT service delivery in manufacturing environments, with emphasis on MOM/MES (Siemens Opcenter). This on-site role in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States, oversees end-to-end service operations including incident, problem, change, and release management; manages application updates and integrations; and delivers data-driven operational reporting to production leadership. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives, manage vendor and internal engineering collaborations, and ensure reliable system performance that supports production uptime, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary IT contact for plant operations on MOM/Opcenter, maturing service processes to meet SLAs/OLAs, leading major incident responses, planning patches and releases, and communicating risks and value to executives. Qualifications include 2+ years in IT operations/service management with on-site manufacturing support and MOM/MES experience, a relevant engineering or computer science degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ticketing systems and DevOps practices. This is a contract-to-hire, on-site role with no travel required; working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
