What you will love about this role: - On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000 annually. Base salary $30,000 plus uncapped commission. Total earnings potential ranges from $70,000 to $183,000+. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k). - Three weeks of paid vacation. - Company-provided iPad and the latest sales tools; gas and mileage reimbursement. - Ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to help you grow your career. - Career growth: top performers can advance to Field Sales Lead in as little as three months.
What you bring: - Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or a similar industry. - Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. - Availability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home, based on a 37.5-hour weekly schedule. - The role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods, including walking on varied terrain in a range of weather conditions.
