Ohpen is launching a 12-month traineeship for two new Business Analysts to join our Back Office team in Bratislava, Slovakia. This onsite program is designed for individuals who want to build a career at the intersection of business and IT within a cloud-native fintech environment.
What you'll learn: You will gain hands-on experience with the technical fundamentals of our cloud-native banking products, incident and request triage, delivery processes from request to resolution, root-cause analysis, cross-team coordination, and contributing to service improvements. You will also work with PostgreSQL and databases to investigate issues and support the team.
