This role focuses on preparing and reviewing business tax returns, handling complex individual returns, and partnering with clients to deliver high-quality tax services. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing business tax returns, preparing complex individual tax returns, conducting tax research and planning, communicating directly with clients via phone and video meetings, collaborating with partners on planning opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance, and assisting with consulting engagements and special projects. Requirements: 3–5 years of public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax; CPA preferred but not required; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment; must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone. More experienced candidates may qualify for fully remote work; less experienced candidates should be able to travel to the Allentown office occasionally. This is a fully remote opportunity for qualified candidates.
