Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Manager I for an on-site role in Rayville, Louisiana. The Project Manager I will oversee project quality, schedules, and safety, mentor the project team, and cultivate strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities - Manage overall financial health of projects - Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedules - Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subcontractors and suppliers - Develop and maintain project financials and equipment projections - Allocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, and approve invoices - Provide financials and billings to accounting and generate monthly owner billings - Manage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budgets and selections of trade partners - Handle billings, contract management, and change orders - Manage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers; approve timecards and provide feedback
