Okta is seeking a Principal Program Manager for the Technology, Data, and Intelligence (TDI) organization to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Technology, Data, and Intelligence. The initial focus will be on strategic AI initiatives that accelerate enterprise AI adoption, AI for Growth, and AI platform maturity. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Finance, and Business teams to align strategy, establish scalable operating models, and drive predictable execution across large, interconnected programs.

What you'll be doing: - AI Transformation and Adoption: Lead strategic AI initiatives, identify and deliver high-impact AI capabilities, drive adoption of AI platforms, agents, developer tooling, and automation, and measure business impact and ROI. - Strategic Program Leadership and Execution: Translate strategy into execution plans with clear ownership and milestones; build roadmaps, governance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting; drive cross-functional alignment and scalable operating mechanisms. - AI Platform Operations and Governance: Establish operating models, governance, lifecycle management for AI platforms, including security, compliance, readiness, and long-term ownership; track executive KPIs.
What you'll bring: - 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation programs across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI/ML, and Product. - Proven track record delivering complex initiatives with scalable governance, executive reporting, and execution frameworks. - Strong technical
