Key responsibilities include overseeing monthly close processes and departmental financial statement reviews, ensuring compliance with Financial Shared Services policies and SOX requirements, coordinating with the FSS accounting team for timely statements and reconciliations, reviewing general ledger activity, and preparing operating data and special reports. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and labor scheduling analyses; liaise with Compliance and Internal Audit to maintain internal controls; and mentor staff to improve performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field; at least three years of financial reporting experience and three years of managerial experience. Knowledge of GAAP, strong analytical and leadership skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses and pass background, drug, and alcohol screenings. Must be 21 or older and able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
