The role involves leading in-store sales activities, generating leads, closing sales, processing renewal payments, and ensuring showroom merchandise is well maintained. You will build strong relationships with customers and vendors, set sales goals, and support store operations. Responsibilities include building long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, driving new business with marketing strategies, assisting the General Manager with operational functions, and assisting with deliveries when a driver is unavailable. Requirements include strong interpersonal and leadership skills, aptitude for marketing, age 19 (18 in Canada), high school diploma or equivalent preferred, two years of college or prior management experience preferred, valid state driver's license and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.), flexible schedule between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm, and the ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with a dolly. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $17.00 to $17.75, plus incentive pay based on performance.
