At Lime Connect, you will become part of our SME Customer Success team from day one and learn to turn good onboarding into lasting customer relationships. While our AI handles most inquiries, you will be the person who guides customers personally—and you will grow with every new task.
What you’ll do - Proactively support our SMB customers by calling, advising, and learning to identify upsell potential, demonstrating features and use cases that deliver real value. - Take ownership of onboarding cases for existing and new customers and help them unlock the full potential of our SaaS. - Collaborate with Account Management, Product Management, and Sales; actively feed customer feedback and your own user experience into the team. - Try new tools and AI-assisted solutions with curiosity and help make onboarding and support processes smarter and more efficient.
