We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and execute strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across the United States. You will operate across multi-state markets, manage multiple requisitions, and serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, using data-driven insights and proactive sourcing to secure the best talent in the market. This role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of competitive talent landscapes, including the use of AI and modern recruiting technologies. You will build and maintain a robust, inclusive talent pipeline while optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
