The Inside Sales Representative will receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections. The role also involves planning and implementing telemarketing and prospecting objectives, coordinating delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams, and providing support to the Outside Sales team. You will adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services. This is an on-site position based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, United States. What you will bring: Previous front-line customer service and sales experience; industry experience with construction or building materials is a plus; Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus; ability to communicate effectively and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management; eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
