Our products are designed for builders, contractors, and homeowners and are produced in facilities across the United States, including Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Understand our products at an in-depth technical level.
Reach or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Cultivate and develop existing customer relationships to maintain and grow sales in the territory.
Identify, develop, and close new opportunities to increase sales within the territory.
Monitor regional sales performance and provide weekly activity reports.
Forecast and manage budgets; analyze monthly sales outcomes.
Resolve customer issues promptly; participate in cross-functional meetings.
Collaborate with local distributors to ensure inventory and on-time deliveries.
Educate customers about our products and respond to questions.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Minimum of 5 years in outside sales (experience in building products or aluminum extrusion preferred).
Strong communication skills; proven ability to develop sales.
Proficient in phone, video, and social media communications.
Familiarity with video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx) and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), and MS Office.
Ability to work with team collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
Strong math skills; self-driven with a can-do attitude.
Results-oriented, capable of working under press
