Salary

$85,000–$105,000 per year, commensurate with experience Overview: Accanto Health is seeking a Business Analyst to support IT and technology-enabled initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment. The BA will elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for delivery. The role partners with Project Managers, IT teams, and clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and user needs, and to support testing and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Requirements elicitation and documentation: produce BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories; maintain traceability and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Process analysis and improvement: assess current-state workflows and define future-state processes aligned with system capabilities and regulatory needs.
• Project and PMO support: assist with planning, scope definition, estimation, intake, prioritization, and testing activities; ensure alignment with PMO standards.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication: facilitate workshops and act as liaison between business and technical teams; clearly communicate requirements and impacts.
• Change management and adoption: document workflow and role impacts; support training, communications, and readiness activities.
