Cranial Technologies is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for an on-site role in London, United Kingdom. Key responsibilities: - Support Windows 10/11, imaging, deployment of new computers, and break/fix tasks - Troubleshoot network connectivity - Document work in the ticketing system and help maintain knowledge base articles - Contact vendor technical support for warranty and repairs - Maintain hardware and software inventory - Provide telephone and remote user support - On-call as needed (one week per month) - Assist with other technology projects - Office 365 management is a plus
