Convergint is seeking a Fire Alarm Account Executive for a full-time role in Seattle, Washington, United States. This position is responsible for cultivating new relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales opportunities within fire alarm integration, maintenance programs, managed services, and related solutions. You will join a dynamic sales team focused on growing our business while protecting lives and assets.

What you’ll do - Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts and expand opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and defend against competitive threats. - Develop Pipeline: Engage with decision makers to assess needs, build a business case, demonstrate our unique qualifications, and set timelines. Target pipeline is 3:1 over goal. - Proposal Construction: Lead the pursuit team to develop winning proposals, including quotes and the business case. - Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers, manage objections related to timing, price, and competition, and close deals in a timely manner. - Market Focus: Build pipeline in assigned markets (e.g., global accounts, utilities, healthcare, data centers, federal/state/local government, K-12 and higher education). - Collaboration with SMEs: Work with designers/estimators, sales engineers, PMs, and partners to create and deliver compelling solutions. - Perform other duties as requested.
