High Rise Fire and Security, established in 1992, is a leading provider of fire alarm, life safety and security systems. We design, install, service, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems, including ARCS, card access, camera surveillance, and intrusion systems. High Rise is a member of the SCUTUM Group. We are seeking an Associate Project Manager for on-site work in New York, United States to deliver preventive and maintenance services for our clients while providing exceptional client service and aligning with the company’s mission and culture. Key responsibilities include reviewing project status with the HRFS Project Engineer; developing and implementing project plans with deliverables, milestones, costs, resources, and schedules; coordinating with clients and FSMs on project scope and progress; conducting on-site status reviews; documenting drawing revisions and changes; updating commissioning progress logs; conducting NYFD pre-test inspections; identifying code issues and recommending solutions; maintaining records of work performed and materials used; and managing relationships with contractors, clients, architects, third-party vendors, and engineers. Required Education and Experience: a two-year Associate’s degree in Engineering or four years of project management experience in a similar industry. Certifications include 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Certification, 4-Hour DOB Scaffolding Safety Certification, HRFS PE Training Program, Client Service Training Program, Time to Service Training Program, NICET Level I Certification.
