ADP is the market leader in Global Payroll, providing a standardized managed service across multiple countries with a modern and agile platform via ADP Celergo. Our global reach provides service in over 143 countries with unified technology, automated workflows, and online reporting. Dedicated service excellence helps clients stay compliant through information security support, operational risk management, data protection, and business resilience. Responsibilities include developing short and long-term business plans to attain and exceed sales quotas and exemplifying client-centric partnerships. International and domestic travel may be required up to 30%. Qualifications include substantial experience (4+ years) as a Major Account District Manager, Sales Executive, or similar, selling to top executive levels, and a BS in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of MAS and NAS payroll products and services; a proven sales record achieving quotas; proficiency in Account Plan development and deployment of related sales strategies to secure Major Account sales; proficiency in hosted/multi-line solutions; knowledge of major account product capabilities versus competitors; outstanding hunter sales skills; broad management capabilities; and the ability to forge strong relationships to impact sales.
