The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Tax Operations and reporting processes, including expertise in Cost Basis calculations. Based in Denville, New Jersey, this on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities include: - Working with Cost Basis and Tax Reporting business teams to ensure systems implemented or modified meet requirements. - Performing gap analysis to determine current and future state processes and data flows. - Authoring and documenting business requirements (BRD). - Defining, documenting, and validating data mapping to ensure accurate data transformation and system integration. - Establishing and maintaining communication with client business and technical groups regarding progress of conversion/implementation. - Participating in mock and parallel conversion testing activities. - Ensuring testing and training processes run smoothly. Qualifications: - 5+ years in brokerage/wealth management. - 4+ years supporting cost basis systems and processing for customer tax statements (Maxit, Wolters Kluwer GainsKeeper, Apex Silver, FIS Tax Reporting Suite). - 3+ years experience with brokerage systems (BetaNXT, FIS Phase 3, Scivantage Maxit). - Experience with large-scale wealth management system implementations. - Track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines. - Str
