Technical Writer to join our team in the United States on-site. The role involves writing, editing, and delivering high-quality, detailed documentation on complex technical concepts, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials. You will conduct interviews with subject matter experts, review existing program materials, and synthesize results to produce clear, concise communications and presentations. You will prepare materials using established templates and government style guides, and maintain the team's document templates and style guides. You will edit materials to ensure proper formatting, grammar, and alignment with client expectations and business needs. Required Experience: Demonstrated experience writing and editing detailed documentation on complex technical topics; end-to-end documentation in dynamic environments; interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts; conducting research and information gathering; ability to prepare documents meeting grammar and editorial standards using Microsoft Office. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and PDF remediation; experience developing technical training materials; experience creating public outreach materials; strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
