About the role
Senior Client Account Manager for the Restaurants and Drinks vertical at Reddit. Based in New York, United States, you will collaborate with Client Partners to execute campaigns and optimizations to help agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners, both agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients, to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth.
- Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations.
- Manage internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues).
- Educate brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices.
- Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, and partner with Client Partners to craft thoughtful media plans.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap, by aggregating client feedback and campaign metrics.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and mentor team members.
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; Restaurants and Drinks client experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and the traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope and data-driven analysis.
