Account Manager (on-site) – Urbana, Illinois, United States
Overview: We are seeking an on-site Account Manager to lead the service team and manage end-user client relationships to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets. The role supports a team of Account Supervisors and Recruiters and interfaces with executive-level facility managers to ensure service delivery meets objectives. This is a 16-week assignment with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications: Compensation and benefits:
- Lead the service team’s daily operations and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Actively build and maintain strong client relationships with end-user clients and facility managers.
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
- Manage payroll approval and processing; coordinate scheduling, attendance, and shift meetings.
- Perform trend analysis and financial forecasting; develop and implement safety programs.
- Audit and report on KPIs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing on-site teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to solve complex problems, including financial analysis.
- Salary range: $60,573.66 to $75,717.08 annually, depending on experience and location.
