Starting wage range is $72,808.63 - $89,871.72. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have): - Master’s Degree and two (2) years of experience in a mental health setting - Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by a State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI) - One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment - Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
