Project Controller is a key member of the Project Controls team responsible for the financial and administrative activities of multiple data center construction projects. This role works closely with the VP of Commercial Management (Project Controls), Project Managers, and Cost Managers to ensure rigorous financial oversight, accurate reporting, and adherence to project plans and budgets. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high‑intensity environment and supports the data center team in delivering project milestones.

What you'll be doing: - Project Coordination & Administration: Assist in the administrative setup and documentation for new projects, supporting the team from due diligence through project delivery; coordinate with internal stakeholders including Design, Equipment Procurement, Construction Management, and Health & Safety; contribute to process improvements. - Project Financial Management & Cost Control: Track costs against the budget, administer requisitions, process invoices, manage Purchase Orders, and coordinate payments to vendors; maintain budget tracking tools and produce forecasts and reports for internal and external stakeholders; identify and communicate any concerns or deviations from the baseline; ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
