Advanced Space is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8-12 years of relevant experience to join our Westminster, Colorado team. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, operations, business development, and leadership to address complex program challenges and deliver results. Responsibilities include shaping technical approaches for multi-phase programs, managing schedules, overseeing risk, defending basis-of-estimate (BOE) documentation, and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. The role requires developing integrated master schedules (IMS) for all program phases using MS Project and Wrike, implementing risk management frameworks, and ensuring compliance with contracting principles, including the Defense Acquisition Framework, DoD/Federal requirements, and FAR-based contracting. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance. This is an on-site position in Westminster, CO; candidates must be able to work five days a week during core business hours. The company offers competitive compensation (base salary of $140,000–$178,000, depending on experience), signing bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, health insurance, 401(k), relocation assistance, and flexible time off.
