The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The role leads full-cycle recruiting and manages the Talent Acquisition Team, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, strengthen the employer brand, and build pipelines to support growth while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role is 100% onsite in Sycamore, IL. Starting pay range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals; forecast hiring needs with managers; monitor labor market trends; ensure compliance with laws. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, onboarding; manage high-volume recruitment for manufacturing positions; partner with hiring managers to develop role descriptions. Leadership: Lead and develop Talent Acquisition staff; establish KPIs; deliver training on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding; champion culture.
