In this role you will respond to inquiries with a friendly and professional tone, resolve issues and provide information about AT&T products and services, handle customer questions, document conversations, and ensure follow-up as needed. Strong written communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior experience in chat-based customer service is a plus. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with overtime opportunities. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus potential monthly bonuses/commission based on performance. Weekly commissions are paid based on performance, with potential additional amounts per hour of $1, $2, or $3. To qualify for monthly commissions, you must work 150 hours and achieve a 91% or higher issue-resolution rate over a seven-day period.
