Responsibilities - Handle orders and provide customer support from order to shipment - Pick, pack and ship XVIVO products for internal and external customers - Manage inventory and materials control, including goods receipt and incoming inspection - Coordinate freight and ensure trade compliance - Drive continuous improvements to achieve an efficient order-to-delivery process

Requirements - Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer support and logistics or a related field - Experience collaborating with Sales & Marketing and external customers - Customer-focused, performance-driven, and well-structured - Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong drive for efficiency improvements - Experience with medical devices is a plus
