Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will help translate strategic priorities into coordinated, well-tracked execution by maintaining project plans and timelines for cross-functional initiatives aligned to Cognito's roadmap, supporting IPO-readiness workstreams, and maintaining the executive operating rhythm. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Operations; developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and trackers, and escalating risks or gaps as needed; leading the cadence of recurring executive meetings by setting agendas, capturing action items, tracking follow-through, and circulating updates; preparing status reports, dashboards, and materials that translate progress for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership; supporting IPO-readiness activities with Finance, Legal, and Communications, including document tracking and governance checklists; coordinating logistics and materials for Board meetings and investor updates; identifying risks and dependencies across supported workstreams and proposing next steps; maintaining organized documentation and audit
