About the role

Position Overview The Business Analyst (BA) supports the successful delivery of IT and technology-enabled business initiatives by serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Reporting to the Director, IT PMO, this role is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs, and helping develop test cases for UAT. The BA partners closely with Project Managers, IT teams, and functional leaders across clinical, operational, and corporate areas to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable predictable delivery and adoption in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location Remote - Must be US based, and able to work with no restrictions in the US in a remote home office.

Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation & Documentation - Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. - Create and maintain artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Analysis & Improvement - Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. - Define future-state processes aligned with system capabilities and regulatory needs. - Document impacts, dependencies, and transition considerations.

Project & PMO Support - Partner with Project Managers to support planning, scope definition, and deli
