This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to manage requisitions, move candidates through the offer process, coordinate background checks and drug screenings, and process new hires, transfers, and promotions in UKG Pro. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and maintains confidentiality while delivering customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating, posting, and maintaining job requisitions; drafting and delivering offer letters; tracking status at each stage; initiating background checks and screenings; loading and maintaining records in UKG Pro; coordinating internal mobility and promotions; maintaining compliant electronic files; serving as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and staff; building cross-department relationships; preparing recruiting activity reports and metrics; and contributing ideas to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR; experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (preferably UKG Pro, Greenhouse); strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; and a commitment to confidentiality.
