Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers with planning, coordinating, and executing industrial electrical construction projects. - Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and proposals to understand scope and requirements. - Support project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource coordination. - Assist with project financial management, including budgets, purchasing, payroll, cost tracking, and forecasting. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports. - Coordinate material procurement and assist with equipment deliveries to support field operations. - Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to support successful project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in developing solutions to maintain project schedules. - Support field teams
