This on-site role coordinates with the planning team to schedule production dates, communicates with customers and process partners about order status and changes, and proactively manages customer needs to ensure policies are followed and invoices are issued correctly. The role collaborates with Operations Management and Supply Chain to meet customer demands against inventory and production schedules, and supports cross-functional processes to satisfy special-order requirements. The Account Program Manager will participate in process improvement activities and assist with internal and external audits, as well as support Sales Offices and project financial closeout. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of order management experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications: prior account management or technical experience, Oracle ERP experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
