Product Analyst is needed to serve as the analytical engine behind Aeropay's product decisions. This role runs experiments and digs into user and merchant data to understand how people move through our platform, helping shape the roadmap by defining KPIs with product managers and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include: - Experimentation: Validate hypotheses by setting up controlled A/B experiments to assess how users respond to new features or UI changes - Funnel & Cohort Analysis: Monitor the entire user journey from acquisition through activation and retention, surfacing trends across cohorts - User Behavior Deep Dives: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify obstacles to the user experience - KPI Definition: Collaborate with product managers to define, track and report on performance metrics - Merchant Data Analysis: Analyze merchant data and recommend solutions to improve merchant outcomes and platform performance - Executive & Cross-Functional Presentation: Present findings, experiment results and recommendations to internal teams and executive stakeholders in a clear, digestible way, connecting the data back to business impact
