About the role
Overview: KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Projects to lead full-cycle project management for talent acquisition initiatives, including candidate attraction, recruitment outreach, and selection implementation. This role partners with cross-functional teams to position KIPP Texas as an employer of choice and to recruit exceptional teachers, school leaders, and other staff across the Houston area.

- Lead Talent Acquisition Projects: manage the full project lifecycle aligned to the talent acquisition strategy; coordinate with leadership; monitor progress; mitigate risks; ensure effective project delivery; maintain project documentation.
- Employer Attraction: act as a brand champion for KIPP Texas’s employer value proposition; monitor Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn; collaborate with the marketing team to promote employees as ambassadors; integrate EVP messaging into materials.
- Recruitment Outreach and Campaigns: lead recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality applicants; develop tracking systems; run mass outreach campaigns in SmartRecruiters; coordinate statewide events and regional recruitment strategies; represent KIPP Texas at career fairs and university events.
- CRM/Communities Management: optimize the CRM/Communities in the applicant tracking system; maintain data quality; use reports to identify pipeline gaps.
- Collaboration and Culture: uphold the mission and values; foster collaboration across teams; share sourcing and recruitment expertise; engage in professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
