Role Overview: Lead full-cycle recruiting for federal government contracting programs by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring compliance with federal hiring regulations and organizational staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions; Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans; Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, events, and passive outreach; Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications; Maintain accurate ATS documentation, disposition codes, and recruiting records; Support pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and verifications; Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO/AA, Native Preference, and federal contracting requirements; Analyze market trends and provide staffing recommendations; Support college outreach, recruiting events, and strategic hiring initiatives; Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent e
