Overview: The Microsoft Americas SME&C Corporate team empowers customers through the Microsoft cloud and partner-led co-sell. As the Cloud & AI Specialist Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Azure Specialists to deliver best-in-class cloud services to managed customers, driving digital transformation for customers and partners. This role supports a hybrid work model across the United States with locations including San Diego, Los Angeles, Austin, Fargo, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Houston, and Dallas.

People Management - Coach and lead a team of Digital Specialists and solution professionals, fostering deep AI expertise, customer obsession, and outcome-based selling. Sales Excellence - Conduct strategic territory planning, align plans across departments, and engage executives to elevate account planning. Build and transform new markets by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources; oversee end-to-end business across regions; ensure targets and metrics. Complete required training and obtain relevant certifications; mentor the team. Oversees the health of metrics; coordinate with Corporate leadership for support. Guide whitespace analysis to identify opportunities. Establish customer satisfaction strategies and executive relationships; resolve issues for strategic accounts. Sales Execution - Coach teams to collaborate with partners and internal teams; lead with insights to grow customer business; develop and execute close plans.
