Betsson Group is expanding its DevOps capabilities within its platform teams in a hybrid environment in Athens, Greece. The DevOps Engineer - Player Account Management will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable delivery of platform services. You will embed observability, automation, and reliability practices early in the development lifecycle, and drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Kubernetes manifests to provision, manage, and scale environments. Collaborate with central DevOps and Infrastructure teams to align on standards, security, and tooling consistency. Extend monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery frameworks to meet each platform’s operational needs. Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure operational excellence and reliability in every design decision. Identify and resolve deployment bottlenecks, optimize build and release workflows, and support environment standardization, migration efforts, and capacity planning for scalability and resilience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD tooling, with a focus on GitHub Actions and TeamCity/Octopus pipelines. Requirements include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus; deploying and managing containerized applications and Kubernetes workloads; applying IaC with Terraform, Helm, or Kustomize; and enhancing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
