Based on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, Parkdean Resorts is seeking a passionate Digital Product Owner to own our website and booking engine, ensuring every digital interaction helps guests discover, book and enjoy their perfect holiday. You will play a key role in evolving our digital products through evidence-led decision making, customer-centric design and modern product practices. You will work at the heart of our Digital team, uniting customer insight, commercial priorities and technical delivery to create seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for the Parkdean Resorts website and booking engine.
Use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and prioritise product enhancements.
Define clear hypotheses, success measures and business outcomes for new features and improvements.
Collaborate with UX and Design teams to create intuitive, accessible and guest-focused digital experiences.
Champion accessibility and customer experience excellence throughout the product development process.
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, analysis, documentation and productivity, while applying data privacy best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
Build compelling business cases and assess the commercial impact of proposed initiatives.
Monitor product performance, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the guest journey.
